Kollabora Collects New Venture Capital Funds

   New York, New York  --  Internet technology company Kollabora has received $2.37 million in new venture capital equity investment, according to an SEC filing.

Kollabora is developing an online social platform aimed at the craft supply marketplace and do-it-yourselfers.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

Kollabora is still seeking $230,000 in additional financing, according to the filing.
