Scale Computing Raises 4th Venture Capital Round

   Indianapolis, Indiana  --  Storage technology company Scale Computing has landed $12 million in its fourth venture capital investment funding.

Scale sells what it calls its "Intelligent Clustered Operating System" that helps small and medium-sized enterprises more efficiently store their data.

Heron Capital led the round, which included numerous other venture capital investors.

The company said it would use the financing to accelerate growth of its HC3 datacenter-in-a-box product.
