Intacct Adds Venture Capital Investment

   San Jose, California  --  Software developer Intacct has secured $7.5 million in new venture capital investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Intacct provides accounting and financial management software to small and medium-sized businesses.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
