Xeround Receives $4 Million Venture Capital Funding

Mountain View, California -- Database software company Xeround has secured $4 million in new venture capital investment, according to an SEC filing.

Xeround has created database software for public and private clouds for my SQL-based applications.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

Xeround is backed by a syndicate of venture capital firms, including Benchmark Capital
