HapYak Receives Seed Venture Capital Funding

   Waltham, Massachusetts  --  Digital media company HapYak has secured $850,000 in seed venture capital equity financing.

HapYak has developed technology that enables people to add remarks and opinions to social video sharing.

Kepha Partners led the round, which also included CommonAngels and other investors.

The company did not say how the funding proceeds would be used.
