Equinix Expands Sydney 3 Data Center

   Redwood City, California  --  Internet infrastructure provider Equinix (NASDAQ: EQIX) has announced the opening of phase 2 of its Sydney, Australia International Business Exchange data center.

SY3-II will provide space for approximately 1,000 cabinets across 22,927 ft.².

When the third and final phase is completed, the facility will total 72,850 ft.² and have a 3,000 cabinet capacity.
