Nearbuy Adds Venture Capital Equity Funding

Menlo Park, California  --  IT company Nearbuy has received $749,999 in new investment, according to an SEC filing.

Nearbuy is developing indoor micro-location solutions for retailers.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the proceeds.

Nearbuy is still seeking $150,000 in additional financing, according to the filing.
