Ambiq Micro Adds Venture Capital Equity Funding

   Westlake Hills, Texas  --  Electronics technology company Ambiq Micro has reportedly seeking $3.66 million in new venture capital funding, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Ambiq is developing next-generation energy-efficient microcontrollers.

Investors in the round were not disclosed nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds. Part of the financing included conversion of outstanding convertible promissory notes.

Ambiq is still seeking an additional $1.78 million in financing, according to the filing.
