Comverge Collects $16 Million New Venture Capital

Norcross, Georgia  --  Energy IT company Comverge has received $16 million in new venture capital equity and debt funding.

Comverge provides a suite of intelligent energy management solutions for utilities, grid operators and commercial/industrial organizations.

Triangle Capital made the investment.

The company did not say how the funding proceeds would be used.
