DocRun Catches Seed Venture Capital Investment

   Santa Monica, California  --  Internet technology company DocRun has received $1.1 million in its seed round of venture capital funding.

DocRun is developing an online legal service that provides hundreds of different personalized legal documents.

Investors in the round included Resolute.VC, Kima Ventures and others.

The company did not say how the funding proceeds would be used.
