Akros Silicon Nets More Venture Capital Funding

Sunnyvale, California  --  Semiconductor technology company Akros Silicon has received $2.5 million in new venture capital funding, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Akros develops power management chips that help facilitate improved remote and intelligent network-based energy management.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

The company is backed by U.S. Venture Partners, Levensohn Venture Partners and SPM Capital.
