Accipiter Systems Nets Venture Capital Debt

Wexford, Pennsylvania  --  Communications company Accipiter Systems has secured $650,000 in venture capital debt financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Accipiter develops a variety of data communication systems for custom military and commercial applications.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the proceeds.

Accipiter is still seeking an additional $550,000, according to the filing.
