D2S Secures Third Venture Capital Investment

San Jose, California  --  Software company D2S has garnered $12.6 million in series C round of venture capital investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

D2S is developing software that enables "direct write e-beam lithography for production of system-on-a-chip integrated circuits."

The company says that its processes result in "better wafers with faster eBeam write times."

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
