CodeGuard Clicks With New VC Financing

   Atlanta, Georgia  --  Security technology company CodeGuard has garnered $1.3 million in new venture capital equity financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

CodeGuard provides advanced website security tools for developers as well as basic tools for simple websites.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

CodeGuard is backed by Atlanta investor Imlay Investments.
