PayPal Debuts PayPal Here Mobile Payment Solution

  San Francisco, California  --  Electronic payments company PayPal has announced the launch of a global mobile payment solution.

Called PayPal Here, the service features a thumb sized credit card reader and free software application to enable small businesses to accept almost any form of payment in a mobile environment.




The service was launched for the Apple iPhone platform and will soon be available for the Google Android platform.

PayPal says it has more than 100 million customers around the globe and over 13 years of secure electronic payment experience.
