Chicago, Illinois  --  eCommerce company Open Mile has landed $3 million in new venture capital debt financing.

Open Mile has developed software aimed at shippers and carriers to help them communicate and collect market intelligence.

NXT Capital made a loan.

Open Mile said it would use the financing proceeds to support its key growth initiatives.
