Albeo Secures $8 Million Equity And Debt

   Boulder, Colorado  --  Electronics company Albeo Technologies has garnered $8 million in new venture capital debt and equity financing.

Albeo says that it is creating lighting systems technology with superior performance, reliability and reduced power consumption characteristics.

Braemar Energy Ventures led the round, which also included Green Spark Ventures and Silicon Valley Bank.

The company said that it will use the financing proceeds to add more LED lighting products to its portfolio.
