Eos Energy Stores $6 Million Venture Capital

  New York, New York  --  Eos Energy Storage has raised $5.9 million in venture capital equity, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Eos is developing what it calls "novel, low-cost energy storage solutions for the electric utility and transportation industries."

Investors in the financing were not disclosed.

Eos is still seeking an additional $14 million in financing, according to the amended filing.
