Clearleap Garners Venture Capital Financing

   Duluth, Georgia  --  Telecommunications company Clearleap has secured $2.7 million in new venture capital equity financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Clearleap has created a web-based content management solution for the cable and IPTV markets.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

Clearleap is still seeking $1.5 million in additional financing, according to the filing.
