CloudLock Locks In Series B Venture Capital

   Waltham, Massachusetts  --  Internet company CloudLock has raised $8.7 million in its second round of institutional venture capital investment.

CloudLock says that it is a "cloud data security company that enables control of data while gaining the collaboration and cost savings benefits of the cloud."




Ascent Venture Partners and Cedar Fund invested in the round.

The company said it would use the financing to expand its engineering efforts as well as domestic and international sales initiatives
