Connotate Clicks With $7 Million VC Round

   New Brunswick, New Jersey  --  IT company Connotate has garnered $7 million in institutional venture capital investment.

Connotate has created knowledge management tools to help enterprises "harvest, monitor, extract, mash up, repurpose and integrate disparate sources of information and data."

Castile Ventures led the round, which included previous investors .406 Ventures and Prism VentureWorks.

The company said it would use the financing to execute on its growth strategy.
