Altruik Adds Venture Capital Debt Investment

   New York, New York -- Internet search company Altruik has secured $600,000 in venture capital debt financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Altruik provides search engine optimization technologies for database driven websites.




 
Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the proceeds.

Altruik is backed by a large syndicate of Angel and venture capital investors.
