Format Dynamics Raises VC Debt Financing

   Denver, Colorado -- Digital media company Format Dynamics has garnered $750,000 in venture capital debt funding, according to a regulatory filing.
 
Format creates new advertising inventory by extending on-screen advertisements into print.
 
Investors in the financing were not disclosed.
 
Format is still seeking $250,000 in additional financing, according to the filing.
