   New York, New York  --  Internet analytics company ChartBeat has garnered $9.5 million in its series B round of venture capital investment.

ChartBeat provides real-time data analytics and performance alerts for website operators.

Draper Fisher Jurvetson and Index Ventures invested in the round.

Proceeds purposes were not disclosed, however concurrently with the announcement the company executed a significant redesign of its service offerings.
