Big Fish Games Lands $12 Million VC Funding

   Seattle, Washington  --  Online game developer Big Fish Games has received $12 million in new venture capital investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Big Fish creates online games for desktop computers, mobile devices and consoles.

The company is still seeking $3.4 million in additional financing, according to the filing, which also indicated that the amount received was in connection with the acquisition of a "privately-owned corporation."
