   Seattle, Washington  -- Telehealth technology company Numera has announced the launch of the next-generation remote health solution.

Called HealthPort, the service provides telehealth connnectivity for patients by transmitting personal health information through home broadband, cellular networks, analog or digital phone lines.

The system is designed for patients in independent living, chronic condition management and transitions in care service environments.
