Coupa Software Raises $22 Million 5th VC Round

   San Mateo, California  --  Procurement software company Coupa Software has secured $22 million in its series E round of venture capital financing.

Coupa has created software that it says "simplifies purchasing for employees while providing much-needed control for the purchasing department."

Crosslink Capital led the round, which included previous investors Battery Ventures, BlueRun Ventures, El Dorado Ventures and Mohr Davidow Ventures.

The company said it would use the financing to fuel its worldwide expansion.
