ACE Launches Catastrophe Exposure Mapping Tool

   London, UK  --  Insurance groups ACE and Willis Re Analytics launched a new global mapping platform to assist enterprises in evaluating their own catastrophe exposures.

The application was designed in the aftermath of the worst-ever year for global catastrophe losses in 2011.

Called the ACE Cat Web Platform, the system uses information on earthquake, storm and flood risk available by risk modeling agency RMS along with satellite imagery to provide detailed risk assessments.
