AxialMarket Secures New Venture Capital Funding

   New York, New York  --  Financial services company AxialMarket has garnered $6.25 million in a new round of venture capital equity, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

AxialMarket has created an online marketplace that enables buyers and sellers privately-held companies to connect.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed.

AxialMarket is still seeking an additional $250,000 in financing, according to the filing.
