DICOM Grid Gets $5 Million VC Investment

   Phoenix, Arizona  --  IT company DICOM Grid has raised $5 million in new venture capital financing.

DICOM has created a cloud-based medical imaging platform for healthcare facilities and physicians.

Investors included Canaan Partners, CHL Medical Partners and others.

The company said it would use the financing to expand distribution of its diagnostic imaging management system.
