Echo360 Lands $31 Million Venture Capital Financing

   Dulles, Virginia  --  Education technology company Echo360 has raised $31 million in new venture capital investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Echo360 has developed "lecture capture technology" to assist students in improve comprehension and educational achievement.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

Echo360 is backed by a syndicate of domestic and international venture capital investors.
