WorldPay Launches Dispute Management System

   San Francisco, California  --  Payment processing company WorldPay has announced the launch of a new dispute tracking platform.

Called the Dispute Management System (DMS), the application is a secure chargeback management platform that enables merchants to respond to issuer-initiated chargeback and information requests.

WorldPay says the system will decrease the time it takes for chargeback documents to be processed.

DMS can be added to a merchant's existing Acquirer and Payment Gateway.
