10gen Nets $42 Million Fifth VC Round

New York, New York  --  Internet technology company 10gen has secured $42 million in its series E venture capital financing round.

10gen has created the MongoDB platform-as-a-service suite that helps developers build dynamic and scalable Web applications.

New Enterprise Associates led the round, which included previous investors Sequoia Capital, Flybridge Capital Partners and Union Square Ventures.
