Cognovant Secures Seed Venture Capital Investment

Kansas City, Missouri  --  IT company Cognovant has garnered an undisclosed amount of seed venture capital financing.

Cognovant is developing a new system of personal healthcare records for consumers.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

The company says that it will shortly launch its new service, called PocketHealth.
