Green Life Guides Adds Venture Capital Debt

   New Haven, Connecticut  --  Internet company Green Life Guides has secured $200,000 in venture capital debt financing, according to a regulatory filing.

Green Life operates the e-commerce site Green Bride Guide, which helps engaged couples find eco-friendly wedding ideas, services and products.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed.

Green Life is still seeking $250,000 in additional debt financing according to the filing.
