   New York, New York  --  Online fashion retailer Moda Operandi has received $36 million in venture capital and strategic investment.

Moda Operandi operates a members only luxury e-commerce website that enables users to purchase exclusive fashion goods immediately following a runway show.

Investors included new and previous venture capital firms and strategic investors.

Proceeds purposes were not disclosed.
