Cloud Cruiser Collects $6 Million New Venture Capital

   Roseville, California  --  Software technology company Cloud Cruiser has landed approximately $6 million in new venture capital investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Cloud Cruiser has developed an application to allow enterprises to "identify, analyze and charge for resources that are being used across their IT environment."

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
