Magnum Semi Lands More VC Financing

Milpitas, California  --  Magnum Semiconductor has received $17.4 million in new venture capital equity investment, according to an SEC filing.

Magnum develops semiconductor hardware and software technology for the consumer entertainment market segment.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the proceeds.

Magnum is still seeking $10.8 million in additional financing, according to the filing.
