NuoDB Closes Series B Venture Capital Financing

   Cambridge, Massachusetts  --  Software technology company NuoDB has garnered $10 million in its second institutional venture capital round.

NuoDB has developed what it calls "a new class of database for a new class of data center."

Morgenthaler Ventures led the round, which included previous investors Hummer Winblad Venture Partners and Longworth Venture Partners.

The company said it would use the proceeds for continued development as well as sales and marketing efforts.
