Outcomes Launches Care Management Tool

Called MA365, the application was designed to help health plans and medical practices improve quality results for Medicare Advantage plan patients.

One innovative aspect of the application is that it extends the physician-patient interaction beyond traditional office visits by following up with patients regarding tests, treatments and related services.
