Discera Nets $12 Million Venture Capital Investment

   San Jose, California  --  Semiconductor technology company Discera has secured $11.8 million in new venture capital funding, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Discera sells tiny, high-performance silicon resonators for frequency and other timing control uses.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
