   Miami, Florida  --  Internet company Pinwin has announced the launch of a new e-commerce website.

The company refers to it as a "penny auction" site that caters to the US Hispanic customer looking for ways to purchase items at up to 90% off regular retail price.

Membership is free and there are no minimum monthly service charges. Each time a person bids, the final purchase price increases by only one cent.
