Apptopia Lands Seed Venture Capital Funding Round

   Cambridge, Massachusetts  --  Mobile application marketplace Apptopia has received $1 million in seed venture capital funding.

Apptopia is creating an online marketplace that brokers the sale of mobile applications for the Apple and Google platforms.




Individual investor Mark Cuban led the round, which included other undisclosed investors.

The company said it would use the financing to add employees and scale its operations.
