Yahoo And Facebook Launch Advertising Partnership

Sunnyvale & Menlo Park, California  --  Internet technology companies Yahoo and Facebook announced a definitive agreement on a new advertising partnership.

Under the terms of the agreement, the two companies will work together to bring Yahoo's large media event coverage to Facebook users.

In addition, the companies settle all pending patent claims with a complete portfolio cross-licensing arrangement.
