Blip Bags $3 Million Venture Capital Debt

   New York, New York  --  Internet technology company Blip has landed $3 million in venture capital debt funding, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Blip has developed a video and Internet television upload and distribution platform.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

Blip is still seeking $600,000 in additional venture capital debt funding.
