CakeStyle Lands $1 Million Seed Funding

   Chicago, Illinois  --  Internet retailer CakeStyle has received $1 million in new venture capital investment.

CakeStyle has developed an online subscription service that enables customers to periodically receive a box of hand-picked clothing and accessories.

Sandbox Ventures invested in the round, which the company said it would be used to increase brand awareness.
