Dell Launches Govt Desktop Virtualization Tool

   Round Rock, Texas  --  Dell (NASDAQ: DELL) announced the launch of a new desktop virtualization tool for government agencies.

Called Desktop Virtualization Solutions for Government (DVS-Gov), the telework system promises to help government agencies manage a greater number of devices in an environment of federal security and compliance standards.

The new functionality has been developed in conjunction with the Wyse Corp. acquisition by Dell.  DVS-Gov also partnered with AppSense and ActivIdentity to provide government agencies with more detailed control over security and access policies.
