AtTask Secures $13 Million New Venture Capital

   Orem, Utah  --  Software developer AtTask has received $13 million in new venture capital investment, according to an SEC filing.

AtTask has created on-demand project and portfolio management software for business intelligence applications.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

AtTask is still seeking $3.5 million in additional funding, according to the filing.
