10Gen Receives New Strategic Investment

   New York, New York  --  Software developer 10Gen has secured an undisclosed amount of strategic investment.

10Gen has created the technology behind MongoDB, an open-source, document oriented database.

The investment arm of the CIA, In-Q-Tel, made the investment.

The company did not say how the proceeds would be used.
