DFINE Launches STAR Tumor Ablation System

San Jose, California  --  Medical device company DFINE has announced the full commercial release of its tumor ablation system.

Called STAR, the device enables physicians to help relieve patient pain from metastatic spinal tumors via a single, minimally invasive treatment.

Since the start of its launch in March, 140 patients have been treated in the company says the system has performed according to its expectations.
